After 3 days of continuous rain last week the trees looked greener and healthier.

We've had more rain than usual this Spring as well (which in typically dry North Dakota doesn't take a lot); it's greener and the populations of mosquitos and lawn mushrooms are higher. As the gentleman in the green jacket, and "Man trying to blend into his environment" is demonstrating, it's obviously a pleasant place for an afternoon's walk, punctuated by the sound of a water fountain.

Maybe not so nice for us, but the advantage is that nature shows very lush green now as depicted in your very fine image.
