The power of water under control is a fascination for many of us, and I am no exception. Out of control it is a nightmare. New Orleans, the Gulf Coast, and my granddaughters are all too familiar with it as I type. Let us keep our fingers crossed for the creoles of NOLA. Good luck in the contest Vicki!
