But Frank, so unflattering. I have worked hard on improving the weight situation. I have lost just over two pounds over the last year!!! Now that's an achievement.

If you've ever wanted to make a difference but found it hard to believe that one person could... check out the Kiva Team Caedes discussion thread and discover that anything is possible.
Think that it would have been better when this person produced some sweat in order to improve his physical condition, Frank, (😁), but his physical state is of course his own responsibility.
