This bridge is a 3 span truss bridge on rt, 795 northeast of Concordia Ks. It was originally built as a train bridge in 1893 and was converted to a one lane automobile crossing in 2005. I do hope you all enjoy dear friends and thankyou for your great comments.

I like the angle too BTK. It is good they keep the bridges alive. Many have been converted to bike trails and foot paths. If I were younger, I would grab my camera and walk across America.
A very good post.

Billy, although converted to a one lane automobile crossing, it's like a huge steam locomotive can pass by any time.
Wonderful and impressive image, my friend. Like to agree with Tick about the angle.

Excellent use of strong contrast - could be used as a poster or album cover (in the day when vinyl meant art work you could appreciate).

Billy - Excellent tight angle for this shot. With the rivets and steels, the 'muscle' of the bridge is emphasized. Great color saturation. Thad
