During our recent heatwave, I went to the local beach. It occurs to me that beaches around the world often look quite similar. The beach walkers even look the same with the mom in her jacket and blue jeans and the child wearing shorts no matter how cold the water.

This looks like an ideal place to end the day. Ocean sunsets and rises are always so dramatic because you usually get two for the price of one (in the reflections). Did you try a little fill flash here, C? Is that why her light blue shirt is so visible?

I've always my external flash gear with me for a so called 'fill-in flash', but in this case I haven't used it, because of two reasons:

-I thought that the flash could disturb the sunset mood (unnatural lighting);
-The by me chosen shutter time (1/4000', versus F 5.6 and 68mm FL) wouldn't 'fire' my external flash gear.
