It was an overcast, somewhat hazy, but very calm day when I took this capture on one of the borders of the Lake of Veere, Zeeland, The Netherlands.
Even the small sailing boats took part of the laziness, because they were waiting for the locks to open in order to leave the lake.
This image may differ from my usual style, but shows a relaxing peacefulness and tranquility, and therefore I thought that it was worth to be uploaded.

It reminds me of the calm New Zealand harbor photos that LynEve posts, although this one is from a lower angle. That and the stillness of the water allows for strong reflections of masts, making it look like the boats are sort of �shish-ke-bobbed� on the masts that pierce and boats and go right on through. I like it.

Flat calm water the slightly hazy atmosphere and the still boats make this a peaceful and beautiful scene.

A real nice tranquil scene. The overcast sky adds a bit of moodiness to the image.
