With those rays of the sun "peeping" through the dark clouds and the tug boat under way below, this is a lovely image and certainly a very good one for the contest.

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
Terrific contest entry, SEA...I really like the massive cloud cover...it has immediate impact and also like the simplicity of the shot with just the sky, water, and boat...great work and best of luck in the contest.
