Fantastic architecture here, C., as usual, but if the conclusion of the article was correct and it became a hotel, I have wonder about the profusion of bicycles I see. A transportation hub in the vicinity perhaps? I am also noticing that masks are quite abundant, with most people wearing them for safety. Good to see. In the American south this is not the case at all, although the vast majority of the counties here have been turned red by a surge of Delta infections and deaths.
If you've ever wanted to make a difference but found it hard to believe that one person could... check out the Kiva Team Caedes discussion thread and discover that anything is possible.
The architecture and correct me if I'm wrong speaks to a period of flourishing...and reflects a culture that values education, aesthetics, and civic life...
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
