........and I might as well have been sleepwalking as I looked at this stunning view over the open countryside in Cumbria. If you would like to join me on this journey, you will be able to share some of the beautiful countryside of the Lake District in the UK. It might be a long journey ....I got a bit trigger happy! lol! ...this one is especially for my closest friend who is not well at the moment.

Hi Patti saw this on the FI and realised I hadn't commented! Another great picture, I like the way you have got the gate leaning into the picture, and have to be honest, your work has given me so many ideas for future shots I take, as well as teaching me a lesson or two!!! I would say you shot this just at the right time too, as it looks like the sun is shining on the grass, being really rich in colour and in great contrast to the really dull sky. A super post Patti.
