......and this young man made it look like it was so easy! ....now if that was me I would be spread eagled on the rock, shouting for help and waiting for the helicopter rescue team to come and get me! lol! ...and of course he made it, he climbed those rocks like it was second nature and like he was a fly climbing up a wall ....I think his friend might need a bit more encouragement! COME ON! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Patti, great shot. The scenery you have in your area is outstanding. Put this in favorites. My favorites are beginning to look like your folder. Keep posting. I really like the feeling of distance this shot gives me.

I can admire the people climbing the rocks for the sheer joy of it, but I can see that there must have been an easier way of getting there..either that or you had a helicopter bring you in. And speaking of the rocks, no one has mentioned how gorgeous they are. They look like big pieces of chocolate!! :)

While I understand the thrill and enjoyment of climbing high mountains, I have yet to feel the desire to climb anything steeper than 60 degrees or so. :)

Patti, almost everyone is talking about those climbers. It's wonderful indeed when you can climb up the rocks that way, but almost no one is talking about you (you were at least that high) and your stunning image. Think the reason for it, is yourself as you draw the attention for it away, lol. To me the rocks and the climbers added depth to your image and gives us a good impression about the height. Thans for this wonderful image. Regards, Cornelius

Nice contrast between the rough rockface and the serene countryside behind it. Thanks for sharing this spectacular view with us. I also like the perspective given to the image by the climbers being included. Good call to include them -

Spectacular vista. Let me guess, you and he started up the mountain at the same time, but you beat him and had plenty of time to get your gear ready for the shot...right? Haha. Wonderful shot and into my favs.
