I snapped this tree yesterday...and believe me, this is only a small capture of the hundreds of black hooded wild parrots squawking and gathering in this huge tree. This was a tree near Barnes & Nobles bookstore...and yes...we have these birds everywhere...wild and free! Hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving!/MM

We have alot around here too. I have never been able to catch one and I bet they are big biters as well. They are very loud. The crows seem to leave them alone though. Thanks for sharing this.

I had no idea these were wild and everywhere. I would have thought they were in a bird sancuary. How fortunate you are to have such beautiful animal life flitting about your head.

Great great picture of this parrots...in Holland there live the'Halsbandparkieten'.Normaly they live in a part of Afrika and Azie. I wonder where this kind normaly live.
