Many people where I live in Italy have get-away mountain retreats for long relaxing weekends and holidays. I came upon this quaint little retreat while driving around the Alps a few weeks ago. No neighbors and plenty of fresh mountain air. Thanks for looking and leaving a comment.

A lovely mountain retreat it is Doug - that would be like people in our are heading to Wisconsin for the weekend I'd guess only these are THE ALPS!!

I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?
And leave the laptop at home! These people really know how to live. Around here it's lake homes (or sheds) but the real key is being able to afford a place like this. Looking at the photo I'm seeing the iron flower box holders below the upper windows are empty, probably indicating the nights are now too cold to keep them out there. This is one to place as wallpaper and dream of better times. Love it.

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
