Your image of these elegant and delicate plants has finally gotten me to visit the Defries Garden website, and I've been trying to identify those tall graceful dormant plants without success on Google. They resemble Canadian Rye and Horsetail, with those curled tops, but they appear to be loaded with stickers, and that's what really throwing me off. I'd like to find if there are any here in my state, thinking a close macro of those curled lines of stickers would make for a nice capture. [By the way, it took five attempts to submit this comment... every time I tried I got that "flood control" dialog box, even though I waited more than 20 seconds each time, once as much as a full minute... an ongoing pain-in-the-butt glitch I wish Caedes could fix.]

If you've ever wanted to make a difference but found it hard to believe that one person could... check out the Kiva Team Caedes discussion thread and discover that anything is possible.
Looks like Spring is on its way, great capture of those tall dried plants. Wonder what they will turn out to be!!
