Limelight Patio Uploaded: 01/12/12 7:11 AM GMT

Image: Limelight Patio

The Limelight Lodge in downtown Aspen. This image was taken off the side patio area to emphasize light and shadow. My iPhone 4s made the capture. Some PS to balance contrast to emphasize brick texture. Hope you enjoy!

Sleeping Bear was lying close to the front wall of the bear enclosure at Dauset Trails in Middle Georgia. I had to lean over the rail and put the lens of the camera through a chain link fence to get the shot. Thanks Tracy for commenting on this image. I think they are more related to dogs than cats.

Hi Tracy,
Glad you enjoyed viewing two of my images, "Path To Somewhere" and Chaos In The Canopy". Both of these came from the same area. It may surprise you to learn that even though this looks like a vast, foreboding forest, it is nothing more than a square block of undeveloped land located smack in the middle of thriving businesses. This lot has been there for years and years, untouched by human hand. How much longer this will be the case, no one knows. I don't know about posting any more like that. The trees in that little lot are unique. I drove by there again today on the way home from church and just looked. I shot from in front of a gate, not walking into the woods. I think if I walked in there I might find some more shots. I'll try and do so just for you. Glad you enjoyed them.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . .
