Hope that the tree this year is covered in the same way, so that you'll have a white Christmas. In my country the hope for a white Christmas is already gone because we have average temperatures now of 10° C and the sun is shining. The weather forecast for next week promises us the same weather.

Shooting this one from below allows it to overpower us just enough, giving it more heavy strength than the wet snow can accomplish on its own. Truly a scene of peace and solidity, I highly suggest you put this one in LynEve's b&w "contest" for next Wednesday. All you need to is send her a PM and she'll help with the rest. We hardly ever see scenes like this where I live as it's warmer here and we're on the coast. This is a beautiful snow scene.
