I had this ready to go yesterday but I was busy trying to get ready for my last doctor's appointment before returning to work. He said the patch is tight as a drum and I'm doing excellent. It's going to be a few more weeks till I can get back to work. Aside from Caedes, we have been busy with lots of little projects, the kind that you save for a rainy day, and that have really staved off boredom of any kind. We have basically been doing a massive reorganising and creating master lists, etc. It is surprising when you go through junk drawers, old boxes etc the items to donate or toss! Back to the entry. There are businesses around town such as Gator towing, Gator plumbing etc that have cartoon alligators painted on the building with poses related to the business such as an alligator holding a pipe wrench or driving a truck, and so on. Just like Louisiana, the alligator is our mascot, similar to the moose in Alaska. I found these two items at Publix and thought it would be manic enough to make the cut.

Well, I'm not hungry for the filets, anyway. Looking at the graphic of the "Choco-dile", Alex, I had no idea that Pablo Picasso augmented his cash flow by creating commercial art for snacks. (hint* both eyes on the same side of the head) As for the Country Boy filets, the one on the package looks far too happy... I'm certain he has no idea of his fate. And as for your patch; bicycle innertube rubber cement and staples works well until the glue sets... stay away from painter's blue tape... doesn't hold well at all (but do take care, though).

That's funny Nik. I still have the original blue painters tape from when we moved and had to touch up the old apartment. This patch obviously is mesh and costs much more. FWIW I feel no pain, but still feel like I need to take it easy a bit and not lift anything too heavy yet.

Alex, I'd definitely try the gator filet and have the Choco-Dile wafers for dessert - rather eat the gator instead of the other alternative - good to hear you're doing well - Good One for Manic Monday - Love It!!!!!!!!!

'I sure like them French fried gators mmhumm' Lol had to do my sling blade impression. I've only had gator once. It was pretty good tasted like a cross between fish and chicken. Wish they sold it around here so I could experiment with cooking it at home. Thanks for posting. Good manic Monday post.:)

Thanks for the positive update about your health, Alex.

By viewing your collage, I like to say 'no thanks', but enjoy your gator meal, my friend.

Good one for Manic Monday however!
