My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Y'know, I had to open it full to realize it's a color photo. In the early 70's I attended the very small wedding of a U.S. Navy shipmate of mine, in a tiny chapel in the middle of a southern California orange orchard, the hundreds of trees in full flower (and boy, do I wish I had a photo of that to share). Your photo reminds me of that event and it must have seemed like the clouds were hovering right over your head. The most striking element here, though, as I know you sensed when you took the photo, is the concentrated perfume of all those flowers.
If you've ever wanted to make a difference but found it hard to believe that one person could... check out the Kiva Team Caedes discussion thread and discover that anything is possible.
Raj, although we're a very small country, there's a major difference in temperature between our southern and northern part. Think that the weather condition in your area is comparable to the one in our northern part. Although the temperatures are lower now (when compared with previous springs), in my area bulb flowers like daffodils and croci and some shrub's like forsythia are in full bloom now. Have patience, and I hope that your fine image will bring you in the proper Easter mood too, like it did to me!

It was a surprise to me too when viewed full screen to discover it's actually a color photo...it seems spring is slow in arriving for many of us...surely it is not far off...love how these blossoms fill the screen.
I can never tire of looking at scenes like this, it is so beautiful, it just opens up your heart and lifts your spirits. You have captured this so perfectly.
I like the tones on this.
