This is from a recent walk, not too far from home. Working on capturing the water movement.

Thanks for your comments, they are most appreciated.

I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?

One can see the strong flow and the details of the foaming water. Good one!

It looks like Spring is having a "cleansing of sorts."
Super shot Tigz.

We use to call this type of area the slough - lots of water in the spring and muddy or swampy when summer was going on. Excellent shot Sandi - brought back childhood memories.

Well chosen timing to express the force of the fast flowing water, Sandi.
In my imagination I can hear the roaring sound. It sounds like music to me, 😄 !

The water really is rushing over the weir and the sunlight adds an extra dimension - a super shot Sandi

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Plenty of power there and you have captured it well.

This looks a lot like a mill dam I saw recently in a Reddit video, shot somewhere in Central Europe. In the video a guy in a kayak decided it would be fun to paddles over the dam...

...he drowned right in front of the camera. I like your shot better.
