Elizabeth, you are very kind and I thank you for dropping into Posing for the Camera. It really wasn't that hard catching the bird, as the description says, it was as if he wanted to have his picture taken. All i did, was climb out of my car window, hang over the edge of the car, point the camera and shoot. I was lucky the picture wasn't all over the place, my hand normally shakes so much I can't catch a cold never mind a good shot....lol. I'm getting better though and thanks for noticing.

i'm glad you liked the view in 'whitestone bridge' it seems clear days like that one have been hard to come by lately, and my pictures have suffered because of the smog and haze. i was really close, too....perhaps 100 yards or less from the foor of the bridge. thanks for the comments :o)

We have the largest exporable and sustainable forrest in europe right on our doorstep. When I first heard that fact, I was quite amazed as I always thought it would somewhere in Sweeden or Germany that would hold that title.
