This is the most spectacular Fall shot I've seen. Wow! I would try cropping out the grass at the bottom myself, but that's just a matter of taste. The sky, colours, everything superb!
No kidding about the diaginals and their impact! You've got diaginals every which way, even in the clouds, and it packs quite a punch! Excellent lesson PJ! And an excellent shot!

Hey PJ,
Most unusual look, very beautiful,
Diagonals (an example of leading lines and where to put them) are one key to a wonderful photograph such as this one,
I have one suggestion, crop out the bottom part, so that the grass in front is cut off, then compare the two, I prefer to leave it out, what do you think,

No less than stunning there, 'Lil PJ! That water is like perfect glass in addition to every other perfect thing in this shot. This just screams New England and I Love It. I'm keeping this one in all the ways I can think of; fav, save, memorize, if I had a better printer, I'd print it. :)
wow this is incredible! i love the composition..we have talked about this sort of composition in my drawing class even. beautiful colors and insane clarity. great work! ~abby
I've seen this image twice now (by means of a link given bij John (rozem061) and announced as new post in my friends list). Think I'm gonna see that image more than twice as it's a stunning one, so saved & faved PJ. Thanks (for sharing) & regards, Cornelius

Nice PJ! This is eye opening! Awesome capture...from the stillness of the water reflecting the movement in the sky, to the vivid colors on the trees, and the Angle. Everything looks great :)
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Dear PJ, this is quite striking. Between that forested shore that seems to stretch to eternity, the reflections and dramatic sky, there's a lot of excitment going around. Fantastic work. :)
Let's hear it for diagonals! Everything in this just seems to float... like the line of trees is going into some sort of ethereal mist... Heyyy, girl, you're gettin' good at this!

WOW, what a vision, PJ, how does water may seem as glass so perfectly?? And the sky and trees, what a diagonal angle, what a awesome wondering perspective!! Astonishing, Gorgeous piece (and what a piece!!) of art! Congrats, dear, you´re "something" on your work! :))Fav, sure!
